Fondul Proprietatea After Two Years Of Templeton Management: Lower Assets, Shares Just As Cheap

In September 2010, when Franklin Templeton got the management of Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), the fund was not listed but its shares were trading for 0.5 to 0.6 lei (EUR0.11-EUR0.13). Now they are trading for about the same.
