Fondul Proprietatea Brings Foreign Money To Stock Exchange, But Fails To Attract Local Investors

Foreign investment funds brought over $500 million to the Romanian stock exchange in investments in Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) shares since the fund’s listing in January 2011. However, the fund’s shareholders have been getting significantly fewer for several months, a sign that the shares are unable to attract new local investors.
