Fondul Proprietatea Hires Citigroup To Sell Shares Worth EUR0.5B

Franklin Templeton, the manager of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), has selected U.S. Citigroup Global Markets Limited as exclusive broker of the sale of EUR527.6 million worth of shares held by the fund in power and gas supply and distribution companies.
