Franklin Templeton International, the manager of Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), announced the start of an accelerated bookbuilding offering of its entire stake in OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), Romania’s only oil and natural gas producer, on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
