Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting approved the sale of the stake in SPPEH Hidroelectrica (19.94%), Romania’s most valuable company, via a secondary public offering, followed by admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange only.
