Former Sibex Head Reported Missing; Allegedly Ran With Clients' Money

Cristian Sima, who was dismissed Wednesday as general manager and Board chairman of Romania’s monetary and commodities exchange Sibex, could not be contacted since last Monday, while rumors on the capital market say he allegedly ran with the money of one of his companies’ clients.
