Franklin Templeton Asks Fondul Proprietatea Shareholders To OK Reduction Of Subscribed Capital

Franklin Templeton, manager of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) since 2010, requires the fund’s shareholders to approve, at their extraordinary general meeting due on May 3, a decision to reduce the subscribed share capital to RON4.85 billion from RON5.23 billion, by canceling 739,398,468 own shares.
