Franklin Templeton International Services S.A.R.L (FTIS), the manager of Fondul Proprietarea, notified shareholders via a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange of having answered the November 25 letter from the Board of Nominees of the fund on December 5, informing them of its decision about managing the RON2 billion assets of Fondul Proprietatea.
