KFC, Pizza Hut Operator To Issue IPO for 25% Stake

Sphera Group, operator of KFC, Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut Delivery and Taco Bell franchises in Romania, announced Monday it plans to issue an initial public offering on the Bucharest Stock Exchange for 25% of its shares.
