Leu Ends 0.4% Lower As Government Collapses

Romania’s leu closed a touch below 4.395 per euro at the end of a nervous session Friday during which it fell to an all-time low of 4.4 per euro shortly after the government was toppled in a no-confidence motion in Parliament.
