Manchester Securities Corp Becomes Largest Shareholder In Fondul Proprietatea

The Finance Ministry transferred a total 1.65% in investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) in October, as compensation, which narrowed the state’s stake in the fund to 5.93%, while private equity firm Manchester Securities Corp increased its stake to 7.93%, thus becoming the largest holder.
