Morgan Stanley To Advise On Romania’s Romtelecom Possible Listing, Merger

Romanian hard-line telephony operator Romtelecom on Friday said it has selected US investment bank Morgan Stanley to assess the pros and cons of a possible listing in Bucharest and a proposed merger with mobile telecom company Cosmote Romania.
