NEPI Shareholders To Opt Between Dividend, Return Of Capital From 2H/13 Profit

South-African property investment fund New Europe Property Investments, or NEPI (NEP.RO), Tuesday informed its shareholders they may choose between receiving new shares in the fund worth a total EUR28.3 million or dividend payment in the same amount for the six months ended December 31.
