OPCOM May Sue EC, ANRE Over EUR1M Fine

Romanian power exchange OPCOM might sue the European Commission as well as Romania’s energy watchdog ANRE over the EUR1 million fine imposed for discriminating against foreign electricity traders, Victor Ionescu, OPCOM general manager, stated Monday.
