Paval Holding Buys 5% in Purcari Wineries

Paval Holding SRL, the investment vehicle owned by Adrian and Dragos Paval who also own DIY retailer Dedeman, has bought 5% in Purcari Wineries (WINE.RO), Purcari said in a stock market notification Thursday.
