PCC SE Wants Romanian State To Draw Up Oltchim’s Reorganization Plan

German company PCC SE, the biggest private shareholder of Romanian insolvent chemical company Oltchim SA (OLT.RO), proposed that the Romanian state, its main creditor, should draw up the company’s reorganization plan, and include “proper” debt cuts.
