Petrom Shares Fall 4% After Fondul Proprietatea Unveils Plan To Sell A Stake

Shares of oil and gas company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) fell nearly 4% on Friday, trading at RON0.2480/0.2490 per unit, after investment fund Fondul Proprietatea said it would proceed with a partial sale of its shares in OMV Petrom by way of a public offering on the Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges.
