The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) on Wednesday approved the preliminary announcement whereby Maspex, one of the largest actors in the food industry in Central and Eastern Europe, expresses intent to become the majority shareholder of winemaker Purcari Wineries (WINE.RO) listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
