Prospectiuni Bucuresti To Open Subsidiary In Mauritius

The shareholders of Romanian geological surveys provider Prospectiuni Bucuresti (PRSN.RO) Wednesday approved the opening of a subsidiary in Mauritius, and decided to contract a credit line of up to EUR6.5 million from state-run lender EximBank to buy seismic equipment.
