Romanian Antitrust Watchdog: SIF Banat-Crisana Cleared To Buy SIF Muntenia

Romania’s Competition Council Thursday has authorized a transaction through which regional investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO) plans to buy 99.96% in SIF Muntenia Invest, sole administrator of peer fund SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO).
