Romgaz IPO Delayed Until March 2013

Romania will delay an initial public offering of a 15% stake in natural gas producer Romgaz Medias until March 2013 so that the company’s gas holdings may be assessed by a consultant, the government said in its latest memorandum to a two-year precautionary loan with the International Monetary Fund.
