SIF Banat-Crisana Sells Stake In Prodplast For RON2.5M

Romanian regional investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO) sold its 8.35% stake in plastics producer Prodplast (PPL.RO) for 2.5 million lei (EUR582,000) to several companies indirectly controlled by businessman Florin Pogonaru.
