Some 26% Of Impact Developer Up For Sale On Bucharest Bourse

The Office of Associated Legal Executors Lex wants to sell on the Bucharest stock market a 26.13% stake in real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP.RO), belonging to the company’s founder, Dan Ioan Popp (16.48%), and Carmen Daniela Sandulescu (9.65%).
