Swiss Capital Holds 10% In Impact

A group of investors made up of brokerage company Swiss Capital, investment management company Swiss Capital Asset Management, Active Dinamic fund and natural person Sorin Apostol own a total stake of 10.54% in Romanian real estate developer Impact Developer&Contractor (IMP.RO), after buying a 104,000 stake in the company on the secondary market.
