Alternative investment fund Transilvania Investments Alliance (TRANSI.RO) has notified the Bucharest Stock Exchange of having concluded a contract to sell its majority stakes in Independenta Sibiu (INTA.RO) and Mecanica Codlea (MEOY.RO) to Transilvania Constructii, a buyer not affiliated with the group.
