Who Owns Banca Transilvania

The five regional investment funds (SIF) and the Pillar 2 private pension funds increased their exposure to Banca Transilvania from 30.5% to 36.4% in 2019, which means they have become the largest shareholders of the Cluj-based bank since, according to Ziarul Financiar’s calculations.
