Aquila (stock symbol: AQ), one of the largest distributors of fast-moving consumer goods in Romania and the region, with over 30 years of experience in the industry, has approved the initiation of the steps required for the merger by absorption of Parmafood Group Distribution, a company acquired in April 2024, as per a stock market report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
