Industrialist Valer Blidar, owner of the rolling stock plant Astra Vagoane Calatori in Arad (western Romania) has teamed up with Electroputere VFU Pascani (Vasile Didila and Gruia Stoica) and Atelierele CFR Grivita to bid in the tender for the purchase of 100 streetcars Bucharest City Hall announced.
