AVAS Asks Government Input In Fortus Iasi Bankruptcy Issue

Romanian Privatization Authority AVAS Monday asked Premier Victor Ponta to agree upon taking over the receivables of the country’s tax authority ANAF at Fortus Iasi, on ANAF accepting the company’s restructuring only if it is declared bankrupt, according to an official document.
