Bucharest-Ploiesti Highway, Unconnected To Capital City For Another 2 Years

The first 6.5 km of the Bucharest-Ploiesti highway, which should link Romania’s capital city to the beltway, no longer have a completion deadline, after Italy’s Pizzarotti, which also built the section between the beltway and Moara Vlasiei, exited the construction contract.
