CFR Marfa Names New General Manager

Romanian freight railway carrier CFR Marfa named a new general manager, Dan Valentin Belcea, who is former manager of advertising company Graffiti/BBDO, Prima TV station and International Railway Systems (IRS) and Protan, operating in the railway and waste sectors.
