Constructors Have EUR1B Contracts From Development Ministry, But Don’t Have The Money To Execute Them

The construction companies that have so far won contracts worth around EUR1 billion for the rehabilitation of county and local roads included in the National Infrastructure Development Program (PNDI) are looking for ways to finance works, with one of the variants being to get a bank guarantee letter from state-held bank EximBank, which should help it take out a loan.
