Lack Of New Highway Construction Sites Dampens Economic Growth

No new highway construction site has been inaugurated since the beginning of the year, while auctions for new projects are postponed. Chances are slim for work on a new highway to start before the end of 2013 as winter is approaching, so prospects of the construction sector generating economic growth are weak.
