Romania Changes Once Again Car Registration Tax With Pollution Tax

The Romanian Government will change once again the tax system levied to car owners as of 2013, replacing the first registration tax with an environment tax, calculated according to the pollution level, which should not be higher than the price of the vehicle, Prime Minister Victor Ponta said Friday.
