Romania Loses Daimler’s EUR500M Engine Plant Investment To Poland

Daimler chose Poland over Romania for a new engine plant, a EUR500 million investment set to create 1,500 jobs. The announcement comes one week after the German group said it would make a EUR600 million investment at its plant in Hungary, which is yet another investment that Romania lost.
