Romania’s Operating Leasing Market Up 14% In First 9 Months, To 41,500 Vehicles

Romania’s operating leasing market increased by 14% on the year to 41,500 managed vehicles in the first nine months of 2012 and by 11% compared to December 2011, according to data from the local Association of Operating Leasing Companies (ASLO).
