Romania To Open 56 Km Of Highway To Traffic By End-2014; Just 17 Km Set For Delivery In 2015

Romania’s roads authority CNADNR will open 56 km of highway to traffic by the end of 2014, less than half the level reported in 2013 when it completed 116 km, and plans to deliver only 17 km of highway in 2015.
