Romania To Pay CFR Marfa Privatization Consultants EUR375,000

The consortium Deloitte – Musat & Asociatii – Systra, which will advise the Romanian government on the privatization of rail freight company CFR Marfa, will receive EUR375,000 this year plus a success fee of 0.01% of the transaction value, if the deal goes through.
