Romania To Refund Car Tax Difference After Debts To Budget Are Subtracted

Romanian car owners for whom the car pollution tax paid since July 1, 2008 is higher than the tax according to the new system may request a refund of the difference, but this refund will also be reduced if they have unpaid debts to the budget.
