Romanian Transporters Say Government Plans To Amend RCA Law

Romania’s Government plans to amend the law regulating the mandatory car insurance policies (RCA) through an emergency ordinance, but it will also keep the propositions made by employers’ associations, said the Confederation of Romanian Licensed Operators and Transporters (COTAR).
