Second Run Of 2012 Clunkers Program Starts Wednesday

The second stage of Romania’s 2012 cash-for-clunkers program targeting individuals will be launched Wednesday, and has been allotted 57 million lei (EUR12.5 million), enough to scrap 15,000 cars older than ten year, the Environment Ministry said Tuesday.
