Autonom Services Readies to List Third Bond Issue

Autonom Services, a 100% Romanian-owned integrated provider of mobility solutions, controlled by entrepreneurs Dan and Marius Stefan, is readying to bring a new EUR30 million bond issue at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, sold in early July in a private placement in which the EBRD has also subscribed.
