BA Vidro Group, New Owner Of Romanian Glass Container Producer Stirom

Greek company Youla Glassworks, which controlled indirectly Romanian glass container producer Stirom Bucharest (STIB.RO), sold its glass container business to Portuguese group BA Vidro, the company said in a statement to Bucharest Stock Exchange.
