Belgium’s WDP Invests EUR75M In Four New Properties In Romania, Reaches EUR450M Real Estate Portfolio

Belgian logistics space developer Warehouses DePauw (WDP), present in Romania through the company WDP Development Ro, bought a surface area of nearly 130,000 square meters of real estate properties comprising both new projects and acquisitions for clients, following an overall investment worth nearly EUR75 million.
