Clunker Program Shows Signs Of Rebound, Foreign Car Dealers Don’t Feel It Yet

The number cars sold through the ‘Rabla’ clunkers program reached 8,000 at the end of last week, from 1,100 in mid May, according to the Environment Fund Administration. This is nothing for the dealers of imported brands on the market to be happy about yet, though.
