Competition Council Fines MedLife Group RON864,000 For Anticompetitive Agreements

Romania’s Competition Council fined private medical network MedLife Group nearly RON864,000, or 20% of its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of 2018, for anticompetitive agreements which significantly restricted the competition on the stem cell sampling, processing and storing services market.
