Constanta Harbor Can Rival Marseille, Depends On Eastern Europe’s Economy

The annual traffic in Constanta Harbor, Romania’s largest, is six million tons below the 1989 level and has yet to match the 2008 level, the peak of the past twenty-five years. The traffic volume in Constanta stood at 55.6 million tons last year.
