Digi Communications Raises EUR850M On Global Capital Markets

Digi Communications (DIGI.RO), the owner of cable TV service provider RCS & RDS, on Thursday informed the market and its investors that on January 29, 2020, RCS&RDS has successfully priced the offering of its EUR450 million 2.50% senior secured notes due 2025 and EUR400 million 3.25% senior secured notes due 2028.
