DN Agrar Group (stock symbol: DN), one of the main integrated agrifood businesses in Romania, has signed a binding offer for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Panorganic Vitavit SRL, a Romanian company operating in the horticultural sector, the Group has announced in a stock market report on Wednesday, August 12.
