Hidroelectrica's insolvency was the most important item on the list of state-run energy sector "achievements" in 2012, while the major energy projects are yet to materialize as no one was interested in the reactors 3 and 4 of the Cernavoda nuclear plant (SE Romania) and the Tarnita-Lapusesti hydropower plant (NW of the country) is still without investors.
